On an iPhone or iPad
Use Safari. The Add to Home Screen option only appears in Apple's own browser.
- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up. It is at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone, and at the top on an iPad.
- Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add, top right. The icon appears on your home screen.
On an Android phone
Use Chrome. If the Install button above is showing, that does the same thing in one tap.
- Open this page in Chrome.
- Tap the three dots at the top right.
- Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install to confirm. The icon appears on your home screen.
On a Windows PC or a Mac
Use Chrome or Edge. Safari on a Mac does not install web apps this way.
- Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
- Look at the right-hand end of the address bar for the install icon — a screen with a downward arrow. Click it.
- If you do not see it, open the three dots menu and choose Cast, save and share, then Install page as app.
- Click Install. It opens in its own window, and you will find it in the Start menu or the Dock.
If you cannot find it
Call any of our offices and the front desk will walk you through it. You do not need the app to request an appointment — this website does everything the app does.
